Our Service Process & Client Agreement
We believe in full transparency and professional service from start to finish. Below is a clear breakdown of what you can expect when booking with DZ Mobile Detailing.

Service Process & Client Agreement
1. Arrival & Preparation
-
Upon arrival, our technician will contact you at 801-330-6678 to confirm access to the vehicle and parking location.
-
The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal area with enough space for our equipment to operate.
-
Please remove all valuable items beforehand.
-
Dz.Mobile Detailing.Co is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
2. Pre-Service Inspection
-
Before work begins, a walk-around inspection will be performed.
-
Existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, clear-coat failure, heavy pet hair, etc.) will be noted and photographed for transparency.
-
We will confirm the service/package booked and notify you if additional services are recommended based on the condition of the vehicle.
-
No extra services are performed without client approval.
3. During the Service
-
All detailing work will be performed using professional products and equipment, including steam, chemicals, and tools specific to the selected package.
-
For safety, clients are asked to avoid entering the work area while the service is in progress.
-
If unexpected issues arise (including excessive staining, severe odors, biohazards, excessive pet hair, etc.), additional charges may apply.
-
Clients will always be notified before any price changes.
4. Power & Water

Dz.Mobile Detailing.Co is fully mobile and brings the necessary equipment.

In rare cases where a power source or water access is needed due to equipment issues, clients will be notified and temporary access may be requested.
5. Completion & Final Inspection
-
Once the detail is finished, a final walk-around inspection will be performed with the client when available.

We will explain:

What was achieved
-
Any areas of concern
-
Future maintenance recommendations
-
If the client is not available at the time of completion, photos will be sent, and the vehicle will be locked per the client’s instructions.
6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

Accepted forms of payment include:

Cash
-
Card
-
Approved digital payments
-
Failure to pay at completion may result in cancellation of future appointments.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Clients must notify Dz.Mobile Detailing.Co 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
-
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee before rebooking.
-
Severe weather conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for safety reasons.
8. Results Disclaimer
-
Some stains, odors, and defects may be permanent depending on age, severity, and material type.
-
Water spots, scratches, and oxidation require specific upgrade services, including:

Paint enhancement
-
Water spot removal
-
Machine polishing
-
Ceramic coatings
-
Dz.Mobile Detailing.Co does not guarantee 100% removal of any defect, but always aims for the best achievable result.
9. Personal Responsibility & Vehicle Condition

Clients must disclose the presence of:

Damage
-
Chemical spills
-
Biohazards
-
Mold
-
Vomit
-
Bodily fluids
-
These conditions require specialty services, proper equipment, and additional fees, and cannot be serviced without disclosure.
10. Departure

Our technician will pack up all equipment, ensure the work area is clean, and leave the vehicle in the agreed-upon location.

After departure, Dz.Mobile Detailing.Co is not responsible for:

New dust, pollen, or debris landing on the vehicle

Weather effects
-
Issues caused by third parties
-
For ceramic coating services, clients will receive care instructions and curing guideline
Client Acknowledgment
By booking with Dz.Mobile Detailing.Co, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and service processes listed above.
